The "FD-1 Type Sludge Cleaner" has cleared all the necessary functions for sedimentation and floating sludge recovery devices. The FD-1 Type can instantly recover sediment sludge and, with a valve switch, can also instantly recover floating sludge. It cannot be considered an excellent sludge recovery machine if it suffers from prolonged dehydration, uneven dehydration, or a sludgy state. The FD-1 Type features a structure with a flat disc-type mesh installed at the bottom of the sludge bucket, allowing vacuum pressure from the vacuum pump to act uniformly across the entire bucket for even dehydration. Additionally, it enables short-term dehydration through the combined dehydration power of compressed air and vacuum pressure. Furthermore, one of the most troublesome tasks for operators at sites handling sludge recovery machines is cleaning the main body of the recovery machine after sludge disposal. The FD-1 Type comes standard with a cleaning kit that allows for the cleaning of the recovery machine's main body without the need for tap water, enabling quick cleaning at the site of the cutting fluid or cleaning liquid tank without contaminating the tank. In addition to recovering accumulated sludge from cutting fluid and cleaning fluid tanks, floating sludge can also be collected without using bag filters.

The FD-1 type sludge cleaner not only recovers tank sediment sludge but also collects floating sludge without using a bag filter in the filtration element. In the bag filter type, sludge collection begins in the bag, and as sludge gradually accumulates in the bag, the sludge suction capacity decreases proportionally, which can lead to clogging in the suction hose and result in an inability to suction. The FD-1 type maintains its initial suction capacity regardless of the amount of sludge accumulated in the sludge recovery bucket, ensuring that there is no clogging in the suction hose. In general, the wire mesh basket type has an overflow at the top of the basket to maintain this initial suction capacity, which makes it impossible to recover floating sludge. Even if floating sludge is suctioned, it escapes from the top of the wire mesh basket, preventing sludge from being collected in the basket. The FD-1 type enables the recovery of floating sludge without allowing this overflow.
